The Art of Meditation: Yin Yoga and Insight Meditation

Meditation might be seen as a process that develops clarity and perspective towards our inner worlds. Meditation done well – skillfully develops a gentle kindness, compassion, and wisdom for the totality of our life.
Unfortunately, because of popular misconceptions, many people find meditation challenging or frustrating – that meditation is somehow for other people, but not for them. But this can change.
In this workshop, we will use the practice of Yin Yoga to explore the meditative process in a gentle and receptive manner. My goal is to help release tension from your practice so that you can enjoy the development of your own serenity and peace.
