Welcome to this special half-day Yin Yoga and meditation retreat where we will explore some of the fundamental principles of training the mind and heart:
steadiness, clarity and openness.

Props for practice: blanket, bolsters and block, as well as anything you need to sit comfortably in meditation (chair, bench, zafu, etc.), and journal.
