In this two-hour workshop, Josh will explore how Yin Yoga collaborates with the holistic functions of the Chinese Liver to support the healthy circulation and harmonization of Qi (vital energy). Of all the organs described in the body of Chinese Medicine, the Liver has the most important functioning of ensuring the smooth, harmonious circulation of Qi. Understanding the Liver’s functions from a Chinese Medical perspective will help you better appreciate the role that Yin Yoga has as supportive practice to Liver health.
The workshop is suitable for all levels and will include breathwork (pranayama), as well as a Yin Yoga practice sequence.
