A day-long practice of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and meditation with Josh and Terry. We focus on the element of Water, exploring themes of fluidity, reflectiveness and renewal as guiding orientations to the spiritual path.
A full day of gentle, but consistent, practice gives the practitioner the opportunity to really experience the synergistic effects of integrating Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Yin Meditation as a core trinity of practice. Moreover, the momentum generated within a retreat can help nurture your momentum for consistency and appreciation of practice in daily life.
