In Winter, Bears “practice” a skillful conservation of energy and rest, preserving and renewing their energy within the most Yin season of all. In this special Fluid Yin Yoga practice – flowing from Qi Gong to Yin Yoga to reflective meditation – you will practice embodying the wisdom of the Bear, reaping the benefits of skillful hibernation: rest, conservation of energy, restoration and renewal.
In our own practice, Terry and I experience a synergistic magic when we integrate Qi Gong, Yin Yoga and Yin Meditation, and, if you’re like us, you, too, will reap the benefits of skillful hibernation by following along with this practice, again and again.
