In this two-hour workshop, Josh will share an in-depth introduction to the core principles of Yin Meditation, an approach to meditation that Josh developed to pair with Yin Yoga. Yin Meditation begins with a gentle, receptive attitude towards all experience – cultivating friendliness to all things, even thoughts. This relaxed approach fosters an ease of being that works well with other systems of meditation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and will include a Yin Yoga practice coupled with a seated or lying-down period of meditation. There will also be opportunity for questions and discussion.
