Digestion, mood, focus, sleep and, even, meditation all improve when the foundation of your body is strong.
This July, we – Terry and Josh – will share our favorite ways for building physical capacity at any age and at every level. We will teach you a scalable practice (with or without weights) that focuses on the nine essential movements of human strength: Hinging, Squating, Lunging, Pushing, Pulling, Rotating, Resisting Rotation, Balancing and Locomotion.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This series is for ANYONE who wants to thrive in their body and enjoy greater strength and capacity for movement. This practice is suitable for all levels.
Just a quick shout out to let you know how much I appreciate and am loving the Yang Yoga class every week! I actually just told my physical therapist that I’m receiving the most benefit each week from this class.
I might not make it to all the classes you offer each week, but I try to make sure I make it to the yang class at least. My back is feeling so much better these days thanks to this class!

I’d say I’ve now done 9 or 10 of your Yang offerings, and I had to write because of how incredibly effective they have been for me. Pretty chronic aches and pains that I won’t bore you with have all but disappeared, particularly improving my sleep. You’ve invented aging reversal!
I’d be interested to know how much of your lessons are unique…my guess is that the particular combination of things you’ve assembled and created a class that one couldn’t find anywhere else. If that’s the case, you guys are really on to something.

–Weekly online LIVE 2hr practice + discussion sessions on four consecutive Fridays in July: July 5, July 12, July 19, and July 26; 8am – 10am EST.
–Attendance in the live sessions is optional. All sessions will be recorded and accessible for viewing within 24hrs of the session. You will have lifetime access to all weekly recordings.
–Cost: $144 (50% off for sangha members = $72).
–Completion: This is a self-paced series with no completion requirements, and you have lifetime access to the weekly practice + discussion sessions.
–Tools to Acquire: To get the most out of this series, we recommend having the following tools on hand:
.Two Blocks
.Yoga Strap/Belt
.Bolster/Cushion
.Blanket
.Chair
.Wooden Dowel/Broom/Walking Stick (approximately 4-5 feet tall)
.Optional: Hand Weights / Kettlebell (light to medium weight)
