Everyday Strength – 4 Weeks to a Stronger You

We will teach you a scalable practice (with or without weights) that focuses on the nine essential movements of human strength: Hinging, Squating, Lunging, Pushing, Pulling, Rotating, Resisting Rotation, Balancing and Locomotion.

In this special 4-week training – Purifying Water | The Flow of Qi Cultivation – you will learn the foundations of the Yang side of Qi Cultivation. You will learn the skills of functional Yang Yoga, Qi Gong, Acupuncture-based Channel massages and Yin Pranayama for purifying the Water element of the body which optimizes the flow of vital energy or Qi.
