In this lesson, Josh reviews the main ways in which Yin Yoga supports the experience of Qi Harmonization. These include the biomechanical influence of Yin Yoga on the body and its fascia; the biochemical influence of Yin Pranayama on the circulation of Qi; and the psycho-emotional influence of Yin Meditation on settling Qi.

Josh then gives an outline overview of this course, discussing the Quartet of Disharmony – exhaustion, inflammation, stress and anxiety – and how his acupuncture-based protocols will help nourish Kidney Jing (for exhaustion), cleanse the fascia and relax Liver Qi (for inflammation and stress), and settle the Heart’s Spirit (for anxiety).
