Lesson 3: Guided Meditation – Yang to Yin Samatha-Vipassana Meditation | Active + Receptive Modes of Presence

In this guided meditation, we will practice two modes of presence, an active (Yang) mode and a receptive (Yin) mode. Use the guided meditation until you feel like you have internalized the “spirit” of the practice and then practice without the guided recording. Learn to recognize how your mind can spontaneously move in and out of these modes of presence.
