The River Bird Sangha Library
Here is the archive of past recordings, postures, and sequences – which are open to River Bird Sangha Members. Each of the weekly classes and Dharma Talks are conducted live in this simple programmatic schedule:
- Monday evenings 6pm - 7:30pm: Dharma Talk and Meditation with Josh
- Tuesday mornings 9am - 10:30am: Yin Qi Gong with Terry
- Wednesday afternoons 12pm - 1:30pm: Yin Yoga with Josh
- Thursday mornings 9am-10:30am: Yang Qi Gong with Terry
If you’re in need of some Yin Yoga, but don’t feel like doing much more than lying down, this supine sequence is for you. The entire practice is done on your back, or supine position. It’s about as Yin as Yin Yoga can get, with seamless transitions from one posture to the next and not much effort required.
