The Summers Sangha Library
Here is the archive of past recordings, postures, and sequences – which are open to all Summers Sangha Members. Each of the classes and Dharma Talks are conducted live in this simple programmatic schedule:
- Monday evenings 6pm - 7:30pm: Dharma Talk and Meditation with Josh
- Tuesday mornings 9am - 10:30am: Yin Yoga and Qi Gong with Terry
- Wednesday evenings 12pm - 1:30pm: Yin Yoga with Josh
- Thursday mornings 9am-10:30am: Yang Yoga with Terry

Before practicing, it’s important to familiarize yourself with the four main principles of Yin Yoga. Please read through the following at least a few times to ensure you are practicing safely and intelligently.
