Moving from theory to experiential practice, in this lesson I’ll guide you through seven common Yin Yoga poses, inviting you to explore your experience of Tension and Compression within different modifications. You’ll see how small movements can bring you into Compression, and also how small movements can move you around Compression to experience, perhaps, Tension in other Target Areas.
