In this experiential sequence, you will practice a comprehensive Yin Yoga flow that will target many areas of the body. The intention of this practice is for you to familiarize yourself with the primary tenets of Yin Yoga and explore playing your edge with appropriate sensations. Also, after each Yin Yoga pose you will have time to rest in a resonance pose. This will allow you to explore your body and mind’s response to the previous Yin Yoga pose.
