Meditation is simply a process of learning how to ‘surf’ our life. Meditation skillfully develops a gentle kindness, compassion and wisdom for the totality of our life.
Unfortunately, because of popular misconceptions, many people find meditation challenging or frustrating – that meditation is somehow for other people, but not for them. But this can change.
In this workshop, we will use the practice of seated meditation to explore the meditative process in a gentle and receptive manner. My goal is to help release tension from your practice so that you can enjoy the development of your own serenity and peace.
Suitable for both beginners and regular meditators.
