Description
This immersion offers a grounded, experiential introduction to that inner landscape. We’ll begin with a clear review of Yin Yoga’s physical foundations: how to practice safely, how to work at your personal edge, and how stillness gives the nervous system space to settle and restore. These fundamentals help you practice Yin in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and deeply nourishing.
From this foundation, we’ll use the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—as a gentle, intuitive map for this exploration. Each element offers a different kind of support:
Metal helps us release what we’re carrying.
Water restores deep rest and resilience.
Wood gives direction and grounded strength.
Fire warms the heart and calls home spirit.
Earth brings stability, nourishment, and calm
This workshop is ideal for:
anyone new to Yin Yoga wanting clear, practical foundations
practitioners seeking emotional balance or energetic clarity
students curious about fascia, breathwork, and Chinese Medicine
yoga teachers looking to refresh and deepen their approach to Yin
anyone longing for a more spacious relationship with their inner life
