Venue: Your Place
Our Yang Qi Gong practice is designed to build strength, stamina, mobility, and greater mind-body awareness as you move through a range of creatively and purposefully sequenced postures taught with a functional approach to movement. This slow-paced practice blends Qi Gong with Yang movement to enhance the flow of Qi (life force) and support emotional equilibrium.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’d like to attend a class, but I’m unable to attend the live session. What are my options?
If you are unable to attend the live class, you will receive a link to the recorded class so you can practice along at a time more convenient for you. Recordings will be sent out within a few hours of the conclusion of the class and will be accessible for 24 hours from the time they’re sent.
Sangha members will have access to all recorded classes in our online, member-only library.
I’ve registered for a class – how do I log in to attend a live session?
Great! Please follow these steps to join us on Zoom:
- Create a free Zoom account. In order to join us, you need to create a free Zoom account (which is how you will stream the live class). Then, install the Zoom software on your computer, tablet, or phone. We have found that a laptop computer works best for us, but other devices will work. We recommend that you set this account up in advance of your first class, and take a little time to get used to how it works. Also, you will need a strong wifi signal when streaming classes.
- Sangha Members: Access your link here (you need to be logged in to the site).
- Drop-ins: Find your receipt. At the time of registering for the class, you will have received a receipt that contains the Zoom link for your class access. This link is the only way you will be able to access the live class.
- When to log in. Ten minutes before the start of the class, please click on the link contained in your receipt. Our live classes take place over Zoom, and a waiting room is enabled. In order to be admitted to the class, you will need to log in using the link provided at the time of your purchase at least ten minutes before the start of the class. We will not be able to admit late arrivals.
- Silence your microphone. Please stay muted before, during, and after the class. When you enter each class, you will automatically be muted. We kindly ask that your microphone remain muted for the entirety of each class as these classes are recorded and then saved in our on-demand library.
- Please turn your video off to ensure your privacy. With the exception of the Dharma Talk, we ask you to keep your video off. This will ensure your privacy, and allow us to capture a clean recording. Thank you for your help in this regard.
- Please refrain from using the chat feature. We will not be able to respond to messages left in the Zoom chat. Please direct all questions to info@yinyogaschool.com.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- I registered for class but didn’t receive an email. Please check your spam and promotions folders for your receipt for purchase from josh@joshsummers.net.
- I’m trying to access the recording and the password isn’t working for me. Those Zoom passwords can be tricky – rather than typing the characters, please try cutting and pasting the password.
