The ancients who developed Chinese medicine, realized that our health depended upon the circulation of a vital energy they called Qi. They found that Qi was the basis for life. And they developed practices for enhancing and improving the circulation of their Qi.
In Yin Yoga, we can profoundly influence the quality and circulation of our Qi. And in this special two-hour Yin Yoga class, Josh Summers (licensed acupuncturist and Yin Yoga instructor) will guide you into experiencing the vitality and aliveness your being when your Qi is flowing more optimally.
This special evening class will examine the concept of Qi in Chinese Medicine and practice ways of enhancing one’s Qi within Yin Yoga.
