Qi Gong is an ancient gentle movement practice that focuses on balancing and harmonizing one’s vital life energy for optimal health and wellbeing. We use the body, the breath and the mind as tools to access our energy (Qi), and develop greater awareness and skill (Gong) in leading, guiding and directing this vital energy in service of cultivating the conditions for health and harmony.
In this two-hour workshop, Terry will share an introduction to the core principles of Qi Gong, as well as exercises to build energy awareness in the body. We will learn a simple sequence that each participant will be able to use and integrate for their own practice of Qi Gong.
