Weekly Schedule
Each week will explore and develop a particular spiritual theme that Josh introduces in the Monday Dharma Session. Your monthly membership will give you access to our live weekly classes over Zoom, as well as to our extensive library of replay practices.

Dharma Session on Mondays
with Josh
60min meditative practice | optional 30min discussion
Josh’s Dharma Session begins with a brief Qi Gong practice before flowing into a dharma talk and 30min meditation and reflection. The meditation is followed by an optional 30min discussion for shares, questions and sangha reflections.

Yin Qi Gong on Tuesdays
with Terry
60min physical practice
Optional 15min meditation + 15min discussion/reflection
Terry’s Yin Qi Gong class blends the passive postures of Yin Yoga with smooth flowing yang movements of Qi Gong. The Yin Yoga practice clears deep energetic stagnations in the joints, and the Qi Gong practice then circulates vital energy through the unobstructed channels. This practice is designed to restore and maintain the natural mobility of the joints, to open the body’s energetic pathways to enhance the flow of Qi (life force) and support emotional equilibrium.

Yin Yoga on Wednesdays
with Josh
60min physical practice
Optional 15min meditation + 15min discussion/reflection
Josh’s Yin Yoga class explores the energetic and contemplative dimensions of the Yin practice. With two decades of experience as an acupuncturist and Yin Yoga teacher, Josh guides students to harmonize their Qi (energy) with the tools of Yin Yoga. When the Qi is balanced and harmonized, it becomes much easier to experience a unified state of body, energy, heart, and mind.

Yang Qi Gong on Thursdays
with Terry
60min physical practice
Optional 15min meditation + 15min discussion/reflection
Terry’s Yang Qi Gong practice is designed to build strength, stamina, mobility, and greater mind-body awareness as you move through a range of creatively and purposefully sequenced forms. This slow-paced class is taught with a functional approach to movement, while blending Qi Gong with dynamic postures and transitions to enhance the flow of Qi (life force) and support emotional equilibrium.
