Our intention is to provide ongoing practice opportunities for new and seasoned practitioners in the arts of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Yin Meditation.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Monthly Practice + Discussion
On the fourth Friday of every month – excluding August and December – Terry and I will host a LIVE practice and discussion of our energy-based practice – The Yin Practice Sublime – an evolving integration of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Acupressure Massage, Pranayama, Functional Mobility and Strength, and Yin Meditation.
Attendance is open to all members of the River Bird Sangha, as well as to any student who has purchased an on-line training with us.
Time: 8am to 10am EST; fourth Friday of every month – excluding August, November and December.
A recording of these sessions will be available for replay in our Sangha Library – available to all Sangha members.
Whether you are training to teach with us or a member of our practice Sangha, we hope these monthly sessions provide support and integration for your studies and practice. Your questions and reflections will guide the themes we explore together each month.

In our weekly classes, Terry and Josh share a spectrum of practice tools that will promote holistic health and well-being.
We integrate Yin and Yang Yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, acupuncture-based massage, breathwork and contemplative journaling.
Our extensive library – including tutorials, workshops, guides and classes (all included with your membership) – allows you to practice with us at your convenience.

Mondays | 7am - 8:30am EST
A weekly meeting to reflect, meditate, and discuss the heart of spiritual practice.
Yang Yoga with Terry
Tuesdays | 7am - 8:15am EST
A dynamic and energizing practice for strength, mobility, and lifelong suppleness.
Yin Yoga with Josh
Wednesdays | 7am - 8:30am EST
A meditative and grounding practice for calm, clarity, and harmonized energy.
Qi Gong with Terry
Thursdays | 7am - 8:30am EST
A flowing and meditative practice for nourishing, circulating, and soothing your vital energy.
