Springing the Deer + Taming the Hun | A Liver Yin Practice (3hrs)
In this 3hr practice, we will channel the flowing energy of Water into the coiling and spiraling strength of Wood. This elemental practice will utilize three interrelated practice forms.
Skillful Hibernation + The Energy of the Bear: A Winter's Fluid Yin Yoga Practice (2.5hr)
In Winter, Bears “practice” a skillful conservation of energy and rest, preserving and renewing their energy within the most Yin season of all. In this special Fluid Yin Yoga practice – flowing from Qi Gong to Yin Yoga to reflective meditation – you will practice embodying the wisdom of the Bear, reaping the benefits of skillful hibernation: rest, conservation of energy, restoration and renewal. The Heart of Yin Yoga: Principles and Practice (2hr)
Josh offers an in-depth introduction to the core principles of Yin Yoga. With a working knowledge of these core principles, each participant will be able to develop their own practice of Yin Yoga and maximize the benefits that this quiet practice offers. The Heart of Yin Meditation: Principles and Practice (2hr)
Josh shares in-depth introduction to the core principles of Yin Meditation, an approach to meditation that Josh developed to pair with Yin Yoga. Suitable for all levels and includes a Yin Yoga practice coupled with a period of meditation. Estimated time to complete the workshop: 2hrs
Yin to Yang Meditation: From Perch to Flight (2hr)
Josh offers ways of integrating elements of Yang Meditation to one’s Yin Meditation practice. This workshop is suitable for all levels and includes a dharma talk coupled with a seated or lying-down period of meditation. Estimated time to complete the workshop: 2hrs
Circulating and Harmonizing Qi with Yin Yoga: The Role of the Liver (2hr)
Josh explores how Yin Yoga collaborates with the holistic functions of the Chinese Liver to support the healthy circulation and harmonization of Qi (vital energy). Harmonizing Qi and Blood with Yin Yoga: The Role of the Heart (2hr)

Strong Qi for a Steady Soul - Principles and Practice (2hr)
Through channel-focused Yin Yoga postures, acupressure, Yin Pranayama (breathwork), and meditative intention, Josh will guide you through a special 2-hr Yin Yoga masterclass that will collaborate with the Chinese Medical functions of the Lungs to strengthen their energy and soothe the soul.
