Here’s what our participants have to say:
“I just completed the Winter’s Yin Practice. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. I appreciate so much all that I’ve learned and continue to learn from you both and am able to pass on to my students. You have both influenced my teaching and practice from the TCM approach to harmonizing Qi rather than just emphasizing the physical aspects of practice, and that resonates with my students. Primarily I want to take the opportunity to express my deep gratitude to you both for sharing your wisdom and practice in such an authentic and non-dogmatic way.”
“I want to tell you both how wonderful the Winter’s Yin Practice was – it’s a perfect chunk of time and the pacing and content were so good.”
“I immensely enjoyed this Winter’s Yin Practice!!”
By harnessing the wisdom of the Bear, by attending to the conservation and renewal of our Kidney energy and by listening deeply, we balance our being with strength and suppleness in the face of the inevitable stressors of life.
