Welcome to the course, glad to have you here! This course contains a mix of theory and practice:

  • Theory: Essential Yin Yoga; The Four Principles of Yin Yoga; The Limitations of Movement – Tension and Compression; Connective Tissue and Fascia 101
  • Practice: Posture Practice with Tension and Compression Analysis; Full Sequence Practice – Playing, Observing Sensing.
  • Quiz: The course ends with a quiz, which you must complete (and pass!) before the live training.
