On the other side of activity is stillness. On the other side of control is surrender. On the other side of agitation is peace. Yin Yoga is the “other side” of more commonly practiced active (Yang) styles of yoga. Working on the “Yin-side” produces a wonderful feeling of contented quietude and calm vitality in body and mind.
