Everyday Strength – 4 Weeks to a Stronger You

When your body is strong, everything becomes easier.

Digestion, mood, focus, sleep and, even, meditation all improve when the foundation of your body is strong.

This July, we – Terry and Josh – will share our favorite ways for building physical capacity at any age and at every level.

We will teach you a scalable practice (with or without weights) that focuses on the nine essential movements of human strength: Hinging, Squating, Lunging, Pushing, Pulling, Rotating, Resisting Rotation, Balancing and Locomotion.
