In nature, Winter embodies the energy of introspection, reflection and renewal.

Sadly, in Western culture, we tend to defy Winter’s energetic direction. It is all too easy to get caught up in over-scheduling and overextending ourselves – socially, professionally, with family – leading to feelings of depletion, exhaustion, and depression.

Our special Winter’s Essence Workshop is intended to serve you in the spirit of compassionate preparation, providing you an extended practice for ongoing self-care and renewal.

Join us live or with the replay, and follow along with our seasonal practice to nourish your Kidney Qi, preserve and restore your Essence and calm your Heart’s spirit.

In our Special Winter’s Essence Workshop, you will acquire an extended practice that weaves:

• Yin Yoga + Yang Yoga: Asana and breathwork to cultivate joint health, Kidney Qi, Essence and embodied vitality.
• Qi Gong: Water Element forms for Qi attunement and circulation.
• Yin Meditation: Calming and Settling the Heart-Spirit
• Discussion: Q&A and practice shares.
• Lifetime access to the recording for your self-care throughout this Winter season and beyond.
