Hi, Josh! I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your dedication to sharing your knowledge and others’ knowledge in this area. Your podcast is one of the best resources around for intelligent yoga talk. I am making my way through every episode and I highly recommend it to my students and trainees. I particularly like this episode and the discussion on the sutras. My yoga therapy teacher explained how Krishnamacharya (and his lineage) described YS 2.1 as (loosely) the idea of sustained attention in a chosen direction. This really sticks with me. I love how your conversation with Sebastian unraveled this concept and made it digestible. You have a gift of discussion that remembers the listener so well and yet doesn’t interrupt the flow of the content. I so appreciate you and all I am learning from your work. Many thanks!
Thanks so much, Rena!!
